I believe that the client's true objective, whether the client knows, or initially will accept, it or not, is peace of mind.  To achieve that goal I believe that the greatest value I can provide to a client is practical, reasonable and sound counsel, which is why I refer to myself first and foremost as a "counsellor-at-law."

I listen to clients.  I return phone calls (usually within 24 business hours).  And, when it it is time to act, I do so promptly, keeping the client informed each step of the way.

I have been around the block a few times -- I bring to each engagement years of sophisticated legal experience.
